In the first session we will start identifying what your goals for therapy are. I will ask questions to get a clearer picture of your experiences. I have a non-judgmental and relatable approach to help make you feel comfortable opening up and making changes.
Therapy lasts until you have reached your goals. This varies from person to person, as each client has different needs and preferences.
I have a limited number of spaces for clients needing a sliding scale. If I'm unable to offer a reduced rate, I can provide referrals for others therapists in the area. Please contact me if you have any questions!
